Tersh Raybold, Executive Producer VER

Thank you for your dedication and professionalism throughout the Longines proposal process.

I (and our team) was especially impressed with the RFP documentation. It was very clearly laid out, well explained, not missing any pertinent information, and yet concise.

We had very few questions, and we were able to quickly respond based on the clarity of the document.

As you are aware a good RFP is in the best interests of both the requester and the respondents. We feel we are professionals and that RFP’s should live up to a professional standard. Yours was outstanding!

Again, thanks for starting off the process with such a great document and for your availability during the process time frame.

Susannah D'Arcy is sharp & impressive! I have had the opportunity of working with Susannah on several projects, to include full scale production and aircraft reveals in our facility for the largest twin-aisle aircraft manufacturer in the world! She is calm, intelligent, and a master of her skills in her Production capabilities and Logistical handling. She has an extraordinary personality, and an infectious smile. I will always recommend Susannah for projects of grandeur and importance!

As a vendor, I just love working with Susannah.  I find her to be calm and focused from the start of an event, to the finish.  She’s the consummate professional.

I would recommend Susannah d’Arcy and d’Arcy Media Worldwide for your large, live event production. I have known Susannah for over three years during which time we collaborated on several high visibility corporate events.  During our work together, Susannah and her team consistently exceeded our expectations.   Susannah's professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to make anything work on our budget was invaluable.  Her ability to manage all details of the production with ease and grace allowed our team at Boeing to shine without losing sleep.  She was a pro working with everyone from the C-Suite executives and the production crew.  While she is a wiz at nailing the pre-production details, it’s during ‘showtime’ that Susannah really shines.  Her ability to multi-task is unparalleled, and she and her team are unflappable if anything unexpected should occur.  Other production teams can organize the details, and manage budgets, but Susannah brings an intangible element to the table.  She has an eye to find little details that make your event memorable and the has the attitude and poise to put even the most Type A event planners at ease. I recommend Susannah d’Arcy and d’Arcy Media Worldwide without reservation. I am confident that she will establish productive relationships with your staff and constituents. Please let me know if you have need for additional information about her and her team.

Sincerely,Katie Sedgwick

Fundraising

Erin McPherson Nielsen

Multifaceted Nonprofit Professional

March 22, 2018,

Susannah is amazing! I run the Tustin Community Foundation and our first major fundraiser was an Opportunity Drawing for a Mini Cooper. Susannah was the volunteer chairperson and she is the reason the fundraiser was a success. Besides making the business arrangements with the car dealer, Susannah had great marketing ideas. She was hands on every step of the way ... from driving the car to community events to the design of marketing materials. Nothing fell through the cracks, which often happens with first year fundraising ventures. Our volunteers loved working on her committee (team) and I'm pleased to say that she is still a vital part of our organization.
